EVOLUTION ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP, LLC (“E2”) is an American alternative energy and environmental services firm that provides renewable energy generated from waste as a replacement for fossil fuels in high temperature cement kilns. The company has activities throughout the Americas and Europe with service bases in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and Budapest, Hungary.

E2 and its predecessor companies have successfully delivered commercial scale “green” projects for converting industrial and communal wastes into alternative fuels for use in cement kilns and utilities a reality throughout the US and Europe since the mid 1970’s. These renewable clean fuels reduce carbon emissions from fossil fuels used in the kilns and diverts wastes formerly disposed of in landfills to beneficial use as a fuel in an industrial process (“Co-processing”).

The company offers comprehensive services ranging from conception to realization, including; waste management, supply chain services, production of the liquid/solid alternative fuels, permitting, project and equipment finance, engineering & design, construction and operations.

E2’s activities support private and public sustainable management practices and provide partial solutions to global climate-change by offering biogenic containing fuels derived from waste to energy intensive industries. In addition to good environmental stewardship, these activities will offset potential carbon taxes and help preserve natural resources.

The company is joined in this effort by FLSmidth (“FLS”), the world’s largest supplier of equipment and services to the cement and mineral industries, via a long-term contractual relationship enabling the provision of specialty equipment and technical services to support the use of alternative fuels in cement and lime production.

E2 also provides related consulting services, know-how exchange and “mapping studies” to develop the basis for successful project development and execution.
